Privacy Policy
Luijpers Labs is a small collection of applications, tools, templates, and other material — built on weekends and shared with family, friends, and the occasional workplace. This policy describes how the apps interact with your data.
The apps don't collect or transmit your data. Your data stays on your device, or within infrastructure your organization already controls, at all times.
How our applications work with your data
Our applications operate entirely within your environment. Rather than collecting data and sending it to external servers, our software runs on your device and interacts only with systems you already control.
- Authentication — where an app uses authentication, it's handled directly by your organization's identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). The app reads an access token issued by your tenant. No credentials or identity information leave your environment.
- Application logs — written to your local device or your organization's tenant storage. Not accessible to us unless you explicitly share them for support.
- Configuration and preferences — stored locally on your device or within your organization's tenant. This data does not leave your environment.
- AI and local processing — where AI features are present, all inference runs on your device using locally hosted models. No prompts, inputs, or outputs are transmitted externally.
What we don't do
- We do not collect, store, or process your personal or organizational data on our infrastructure.
- We do not have access to your files, logs, or configuration unless you provide them to us directly for support.
- We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the application on your device.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Support and voluntary data sharing
If you contact us for technical support, you may choose to share diagnostic information such as log files or error reports. This information is used solely to resolve your issue and is not retained beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Sharing such information is always voluntary and initiated by you.
Third-party components
Our applications may incorporate third-party components and frameworks. In all cases, these components operate locally within your environment and do not independently transmit data externally. Key dependencies include:
- Microsoft identity platform — governs authentication through your organization's Entra ID tenant.
- On-device AI models — inference runs locally; no data is sent to model providers during use.
Your rights under EU data protection law (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you rights regarding personal data. These include the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing.
Because the apps do not transmit your personal data off your device, we do not hold personal data that would be subject to access, rectification, erasure, or portability requests. Any personal data processed by the apps remains on your device or within your organization's tenant, where you or your organization control it directly.
